• Administrative Assistant

    Keystone Associates Architects, Engineers and Surveyors, LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in a part-time capacity. The successful candidate will be organized, professional, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently while effectively supporting overall office operations. This is a Monday-Friday, in-office position from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
     
    Current responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  
     
    • Performing accurate data entry into accounting databases.
    • Maintaining internal spreadsheets, databases, and tracking logs.
    • Providing backup telephone coverage by directing incoming calls.
    • Filing hard copy records.
    • Providing backup support for administrative and clerical functions.
    • Performing other duties as assigned.
     
    Qualifications
    • 1-2 years’ relevant experience, but all candidates will be considered.
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Ability to follow directions and complete tasks within established deadlines.
    • Bookkeeping or accounting support experience is a plus.
     
    Starting salary is $18–$20 per hour, based on experience level.
