Black Tie & Tails Gala
The Black Tie & Tails Gala Fundraising Event, held at Pumpelly Estate in their beautiful Carriage House Venue in historic Owego, NY will celebrate Stray Haven’s 50th year Golden Anniversary with the assistance of the Tioga County Chamber of Commerce. This will be a night to remember with music, silent auctions, bountiful hors d’oeuvres and desserts, a cash bar, and Balloon Pop!
