    Job Description
    PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:  To participate in poverty initiatives in Tioga County and to ensure services through HCBS and OPWDD are being implemented in both Counties.  
    1. Supervise HCBS and OPWDD in both Counties, part-time Emergency Assistant Worker and volunteers in Tioga
    2. Coordinator, oversee and implement services through HCBS and OPWDD in both Tompkins and Tioga
    3. Provide some employment services under OPWDD and ACCES-VR
    4. Participate on the Hunger Coalition, Tioga County Networking, Partners Meetings, Local MH
    5. Organize and run the mobile food pantry
    6. Ensure that the pantry is clean, safe and presentable
    7. Managing the food pantry with oversight, ordering of food as needed, tracking and invoicing food orders and submitting monthly reports to the food bank of the Southern Tier and to TOI.
    8. Represent agency and programs in the Community
    9. Assisting the ED and Director of Program Management in development and implementation of new programming and services based on the needs of Tioga County
    10. Participate and help initiate Development efforts in Tioga County
    11. Assist with the oversight of Quality Assurance
    12. Participate in hiring for the position assigned
    13. Participating in other agency projects
    14. Do the PAM surveys and Navigations
    15. Have individuals fill out forms if new to CCTT or keep trach of individuals who received services and provide to Administrative Assistant.
    16. Other duties as assigned.
    QUALIFICATIONS: Associates degree in related field.  Must have knowledge in poverty and would prefer experience in OPWDD.
