    Job Description:

    • Services customers through various teller transactions.
    • Provides customer service to retain and grow customer relationships.
    • Cross-sells products and services and identifies business opportunities for referrals to appropriate personnel.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy skills
    • Strong computer skills
    • High School diploma or equivalent required
    • Six months of customer service/ cash handling experience preferred
    • No previous banking experience required
