- Services customers through various teller transactions.
- Provides customer service to retain and grow customer relationships.
- Cross-sells products and services and identifies business opportunities for referrals to appropriate personnel.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Strong computer skills
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Six months of customer service/ cash handling experience preferred
- No previous banking experience required
