Keystone Associates Architects, Engineers and Surveyors are seeking a full-time Office Assistant for our Survey Department. Candidate must be detail orientated, proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, (experience in Civil 3D is a plus), and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment. Superior organizational ability, excellent communication, and phone skills a must.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering/screening inbound telephone calls, making outbound calls, general clerical duties including photocopying, preparing outgoing mail, filing, scanning, researching deeds, typing and modifying documents such as correspondence, proposals, and emails; coordinating and maintaining hard copy client records, and other items as requested.
The preferred candidate will have an Associate’s Degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Salary will be based on experience level; and includes an excellent benefits package (holiday, vacation, personal paid time off, employer contributing medical, dental, and 401K plans). EOE.
