• Customer Service Representative

    Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
    ◾️ Greet customers in a professional manner and handle inquiries promptly and efficiently
    ◾️ Process payments by cash, check, credit/debit card
    ◾️ Effectively manage large volume of incoming calls; forward messages to appropriate persons
    ◾️ Promptly identify and assess customer needs to achieve service satisfaction
    ◾️ Organize and file documents
    ◾️ Daily customer service calls to designated customers to ensure customer satisfaction
    Minimum Requirements:
    ◾️ High school diploma or GED, and one (1) year of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
    ◾️ Demonstrated proficiency in relevant software and basic computer skills
    ◾️ Knowledge of general office procedures and basic math principles
    ◾️ Detail oriented with strong organization skills
    ◾️ Excellent oral and written communication skills
    Hours would be Monday-Friday 8am-3pm at our Vestal office, and Saturdays 7am-12pm at one of our Transfer Stations.
