Customer Service Representative

Process payments by cash, check, credit/debit card
Effectively manage large volume of incoming calls; forward messages to appropriate persons
Promptly identify and assess customer needs to achieve service satisfaction
Organize and file documents
Daily customer service calls to designated customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements:High school diploma or GED, and one (1) year of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Demonstrated proficiency in relevant software and basic computer skills
Knowledge of general office procedures and basic math principles
Detail oriented with strong organization skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
