• CSC Representative – ITM Support / Multi-Channel

    Job Description:

    • Answer all incoming multi-channel customer inquiries, evaluate customer needs, provide necessary support, respond as appropriate.
    • Review current customer activity and identify cross-selling and referral opportunities.
    • Use effective communication skills to identify customer needs, process customer inquiries, resolve problems for a quality service perspective.
    • Provide customer service with the goal of retaining and growing customer relationships by acknowledging and greeting customers in a friendly and courteous manner, providing professional support, and solving customer needs.

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to effectively perform independent judgement and decision-making to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
    • Proficient computer skills
    • Proficient listening skills.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • Ability to provide support via multi channels including, but not limited to live video, chat, phone, email, etc.
    • Ability to comfortably use video, phone, chat, email, etc. support and help customers who may be unfamiliar with the technology.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
