2022 Workplace Violence, DEI, and Sexual Harassment Training

Workplace Violence:
Topics include the history and prevalence of active shooter events, civilian response options, and demonstrations of what to do in case of an active shooter event.

DEI:
This training will focus on the importance of inclusion and respect, driving behavioral change by cultivating a safe and respectful environment. Employees will be comfortable identifying, evaluating and resolving common workplace challenges to build a winning corporate culture.

Sexual Harrassment:
Sexual harassment training involves educating employees on what is acceptable and unacceptable behavior within the workplace and equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to recognize and correct behavior that may be perceived as inappropriate
