With almost 18 years in both the private and public sectors\, Giovanni has worked in finance and taught public policy\, management\, and primarily economics earning his MA and Ph.D. at Binghamton University. His research interests center on how diverging public inputs translate into public policy proposals. Currently\, he is a Full Professor of Economics at SUNY Broome and has taught as an adjunct professor at Binghamton University. Giovanni is a 1st Lieutenant in the United States Air Force serving as a Medical Service Corp officer in the 439th Aeromedical Staging Squadron.
