Each month the Tioga County Chamber of Commerce randomly selects a chamber
member business, for our “Spotlight On Business” This business is spotlighted
for month. They receive a personal visit from Tioga Chamber representatives and
a month long display of an attractive, prominent sign that formally announces
their recognition. We take advantage of
the photo opportunity and create an announcement which is placed on the Chamber
Website and in the Owego Pennysaver. A
press release is also sent out to the media in our area and News Radio WEBO
features the announcement in a news story.
Our “Spotlight on Business” program sponsored by the Owego Pennysaver and

It’s official: The marketing, communications and web development firm formerly known as “GrafiQa” is now Vibrant Creative.Company President Christopher Quereau made the announcement on April 22 at a launch event in Downtown Binghamton. Vibrant’s employees hosted more than 50 clients, friends, and community and business leaders for the announcement at the company’s new Binghamton Office at 199 State Street. The following day, on April 23rd a follow up event was held at the Oneonta location.
“The name ‘Vibrant Creative’ accurately embodies who we are and what we do for our clients,” said Quereau. “The name is the result of a six month research and development process.” Bijoy Datta, Vibrant’s Director of Client Relations, added, “This new name explains exactly what our employees do: make our clients Vibrant.”
The company unveiled the name along with the logo and a promotional video. Quereau explained the graphic development of the logo, which was conceived by “looking downward onto a fiber optic light and thinking how vibrant the colors were.”
The celebration also marked the Grand Opening of Vibrant’s new Binghamton Office. The building was formerly a dilapidated industrial building that sat as a vacant eyesore for years. Vibrant gutted and renovated the entire building, including an entirely new interior buildout, new electric, new heating/cooling, new plumbing and more. The Grand Opening marks the end of a yearlong process that began with the company’s “Grand Smashing” media event on 4/8/09. All work on the building was done by local contractors.
