This is a well attended
popular event for the community. The
Chamber recognizes the achievements and contributions of individuals
and businesses that have made significant contributions to the Tioga County
business community. Awards are
presented in the following categories: Beautification Award, Company of the
Year, President’s Community Service Award, and the Small Business of the Year. The outgoing Board of Directors are
recognized for their contributions and the new Board of Directors for the Tioga Chamber are
introduced to the community.

Hosted by the Tioga County Chamber of Commerce at the Owego Treadway Inn
and Conference Center,
the show is centrally located and easily accessible from Elmira
to Binghamton,
and right off Interstate I86.

- Business After Hours and Receptions
Business After Hours is an effective and low-cost way to network with other businesses in a relaxed setting that builds
relationships and lays the ground for future contacts with customers, clients,
and suppliers. With access to the Chamber’s Newsletter and mailing list, your
business can reach more than 300 other area businesses and over 500 individuals.
You can invite as many others as you wish, and reach those target markets that
you just haven’t had the time to contact. Business After Hours is an extraordinarily low-cost way
to introduce a new product or service, launch a promotional event, or simply
say “thanks” to valued clients, customers, and suppliers. Our Chamber Staff will be happy to work with you to plan your event.

Each month the Chamber mails out a monthly newsletter that contains Chamber news, articles about upcoming events and good news about our Chamber Members. The newsletter also contains articles from the New York State Business Council about what is going on across the State of New York. Adverting inserts are included in this full color printed newsletter.

The Chamber works with the Tioga County Tourism Office to promote tourism in Tioga County by cross promoting tourism events and helping to market the area.

Real Estate Information is available at the Chamber office and upon request can be mailed out to those who are looking for information. We can also recommend Real Estate Companies and Individuals (chamber members) who can help you with the information you may be looking for. We can also provide a listing of available apartments.

Free of charge, full color relocation packages are mailed out to those who request information about our area. Included in the packages are: the "Chamber Membership Directory and Buyers Guide", area maps, tourism brochures, housing information, and helpful information about our area.

- Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening Ceremonies
Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening Ceremonies are hosted by the Tioga Chamber at no cost. These events are an excellent way to inform the community about the arrival of a new business or to advertise a special event for your business. Chamber Staff will work with you to help create an event that you will be proud of.
